Set on the edge of a hill in a state-of-the-art security estate with views overlooking a lush ravine, Orchid Valley Hideaway is perfect for a family getaway with comfort, luxury, and relaxing neutral tones. This property allows guests to fully relax and wind down in a mildly heated swimming pool and lush green gardens.
This villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 12 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom leads directly onto the patio and is furnished with a king-size bed. It also features a dressing table, a walk-in closet as well as a full en-suite bathroom. There are another 2 bedrooms that each have a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 3 rooms share a full-family bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a studio downstairs with a separate entrance and comprises a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed. This studio also has a double sleeper couch and a full en-suite bathroom.
The open-plan living area features tall ceilings and a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The studio also has its own lounge, dining area and kitchenette.
Through the stacking doors is a spacious covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in gas braai. This patio leads to a wooden deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a heated swimming pool. Additionally, this property has a Weber braai and an outdoor lounge space with a hammock which is the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening.
