Description
Ostrich Cottage offers a comfortable self-catering retreat in Marloth Park, a wildlife conservancy and holiday town situated on the southern border of Kruger National Park. This charming holiday town is a popular stopover for tourists travelling to Kruger National Park and is home to a variety of wildlife, including four of the Big 5.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms and a loft room. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the loft room contains 4 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bath. All linen is provided, but guests are requested to bring their own towels.
The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and cooking utensils. The living area features a comfy lounge suite as well as a TV, and opens onto a lovely patio that includes braai facilities, outdoor furniture, and a splash pool where guests can cool down. Guests are also provided with free Wi-Fi access and covered parking on the premises.
Activities in the area include game drives, game viewing, birdwatching, 4x4 trails, and hiking. Guests can also enjoy a variety of activities at Kruger National Park.
