Ouwerf at African Dawn Sanctuary is a self-catering farmhouse nestled on a game farm located in Thornhill, a small town near Jeffrey's Bay. The farm is home to an animal sanctuary that boasts a variety of birds and animals.
The farmhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed as well as a single bed. The rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Just off the kitchen is a dining area leading to the lounge, which offers a comfy lounge suite. Braai facilities are available outside the house.
The farm offers an exciting 8 km self-drive game drive. Visitors can also venture out to explore nearby nature reserves, embark on guided safaris, or visit historical sites and museums in the area.
