The Perfect Beachfront Apartments offer upmarket self-catering accommodation in the picturesque suburb of Sea Point in Cape Town, located opposite the famous Sea Point promenade and beach. Step outside and have a coffee at the cafe next door or have dinner and relax on the patio of the Grand Pavilion restaurant adjacent to the apartment building. Opposite are the salt water swimming pools and al fresco food huts where one can rent a bicycle or take the hop on off red tourist bus.

The Perfect Beachfront Apartments consist of 3 apartments; two of which are 2-bedroom apartments and one is a 3-bedroom apartment. Each apartment contains a flat-screen satellite TV, a safe and lounge area. The private bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer, and certain apartments offer partial sea views. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine.

The apartments are located inside a building that has daytime concierge and security.

The Sea Point Promenade offers an 11 km paved route for runners and walkers to enjoy while overlooking the Atlantic ocean, and also a variety of restaurants with a vast array of cuisines are offered within a 2 km radius.
