Description
Petit Paradis is a lovely French-Provencal cottage, with stone floors, high-beamed ceilings, wooden shutters, and antique details for a charming feel. The cottage is situated in a private indigenous garden overlooking Llandudno Beach. Petit Paradis is situated on a residential property where the owners reside, but guests have their own garden and are welcome to make use of the swimming pool on the property.
The cottage comprises a double bedroom with French doors leading onto a private gravel patio with sea and mountain views, and a ‘breakfast’ table shaded by tall proteas. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a down duvet, French antique linen and a cotton quilt. The bathroom has a Victorian roll-top bath with mountain and garden views through sash windows, as well as a shower and fluffy white bath towels.
The open-plan kitchenette and living area leads onto a covered ‘sundowner’ patio with sea views. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, a convection microwave, gas burners, a kettle and toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher for guests convenience. There is a TV with selected DStv channels in the lounge, as well as underfloor heating and a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. There is a stone table and chairs on the patio where guests can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.
The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden planted with indigenous plants, as well as an assortment of cooking herbs which guests are encouraged to use. Guests are welcome to make use of the large swimming pool and pool loungers located next to the cottage. Beach towels and a beach umbrella is provided. There is a yoga school down the road, and Llandudno Beach is just 500 m away.
