The air-conditioned apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, of which one is en-suite. The rooms are furnished with double beds, and a sleeper couch is available in the lounge.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, 2 fridges, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The lounge is equipped with a TV, and DStv is available on request at an additional cost payable to the owner. The living area opens onto an enclosed veranda with a gas braai and overlooks the communal swimming pool. The securely covered parking bay is situated next to the apartment.
