Nestled in District Uniondale, Renewal Retreat Heath House stands as a charming self-catering accommodation, offering beautiful views of the Kammanassie mountains.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 guests and has 2 separate rooms that can be booked separately or as a whole for a large family. The Eagle bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds while the Swallow bedroom features a dormitory style with 4 bunk beds. Guests share a bathroom fitted with a shower while there is an additional outdoor shower. Guests can share a toilet at the Ash facility located above the house. The house is equipped with a solar geyser as well as a donkey to provide hot water during the stay.
A communal lounge and dining area welcome guests with comfortable seating, a spacious dining table for 10, and a fireplace for cosy evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas stove, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Outside, guests can relax on the stone-clad verandah facing the Kammanassie Mountains to the north, or on the wooden deck and adjacent verandah with views of the Outeniqua Mountains to the south. A fire pit is available for a braai, and guests can take a refreshing swim in the dam filled with spring mountain water.
