House Rules
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a biometric user pay levy (BUPL), which requires an additional fee of R97.00 per guest for biometric registration. At least one guest in the group is required to register and pay the levy, and any additional guests who register and use the biometric system will also be charged the fee.
Passengers do not need to register, but the group representative must enter the names and ID documents of all group members in their biometric document. Additionally, a copy of each adult guest's ID/passport in the group must be included.
Please note that guests will be responsible for any breakages that occur during their stay. In the unlikely event of a breakage, the host will provide the guest with an invoice to cover the costs incurred.
