Description
Rock Bottom House is a beautiful self-catering home located on a farm in Clarens. The home is situated at the bottom of a rocky mountain, approximately 4.7 km from Clarens Village, but is completely private and an ideal escape from the city.
The property can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower only. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The kitchen leads into the living space, which contains an 8-seater dining table and a comfortable couch in front of a flat-screen TV and fireplace for relaxation. The lounge leads out onto a verandah with endless valley views.
The property is secured with a fence and electric fencing. Walks around the farm can be enjoyed, and guests are afforded secure parking.
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the property that is only accessible with a high-clearance vehicle or a 4x4.
