Samuel Bosman Manor comprises 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers and another full bathroom fitted with a bath and shower as well as a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area features a comfy seating area, a fireplace, and a TV. There is also an indoor braai area with an 8-seater dining table and a couch where guests can unwind. JS Rossouw accommodates 14 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms.
