San Lameer Villa 2806 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 Blue Flag beaches.
This tastefully designed villa can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet and washbasin. The other bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms use a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There are extra TVs in two of the bedrooms. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 8 guests. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table and a TV.
The living area opens onto a covered verandah, boasting stunning views of the leafy surroundings. This verandah features a free-standing braai and a dining table suitable for an al fresco dining experience. Access to free secure parking is available.
The villa is equipped with a full-house inverter to ease the impact of loadshedding while on holiday. The villa also has free Wi-Fi, a water tank and a hairdryer for your convenience.
