San Maarten 12 is a lovely self-catering double-story holiday home located in a secure complex in Sheffield Beach.
This property can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children, comprising 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are on the top floor, and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, while the fourth bedroom is downstairs contains 2 child-only single beds. These bedrooms share the use of the third bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
The open-plan, air-conditioned living area features a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A dishwasher is provided in the scullery. Guests can enjoy a meal at the central breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable couches and a TV offering full DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
