Sunrise Beach Villa @ 26 Perissa Santorini is a charming villa spread over 2 floors on the Sunrise private beach right in front of Perissa Village in the Santorini Estate. The villa sleeps 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area on the upper floor, as well as a TV room on the lower floor. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
All the rooms and living areas lead to the 2 large balconies with a view of the sea. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, direct access to the balcony with a sea view, a workspace and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All the bathrooms have a shower, toilet and a sink. The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a large bath. Three bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern double-door refrigerator, five-burner gas stove, microwave, ice machine, mixer, Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen, dining area and main lounge area are open plan.
The dining table has seating for 8 guests and the spacious lounge area has a view of the sea and beach. The balcony on the upper floor has a dining table suitable for 8 guests, chairs and sun loungers. The downstairs balcony is just a few steps from the beach and has sun loungers and chairs. There is a Weber grill on both balconies.
There is a TV lounge area with access to Netflix, Prime and Disney+ downstairs. The apartment also has WiFi, a cell phone signal booster and air conditioning. There is a private and secure garage and a storage room for toys and surfboards.
The Santorini Estate has direct access to 2 beaches. The first beach is the Perissa Beach right in front of the villa which has a small tide pool. The second beach is Thompson's Bay Beach which is famous for the "hole in the wall" attraction and tide pool. The villa is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, golf courses and main beaches.
