Positioned to capture the breathtaking vistas of Swellendam and the iconic 12 O’clock and 13 O’clock mountain peaks, is this charming cottage that offers the perfect combination of comfort and natural beauty. It’s located on the owner’s property but guests have their own private entrance to the cottage for easy access.
This cottage is ideal for a couple or a family with 2 young children and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There's a Finnish sauna, a lounge with a day bed for 2 young children, and an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, microwave, toaster, cutlery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs. The open-plan living area is fitted with modern fixtures, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. There’s a jacuzzi, swimming pool and braai facilities on the premises.
Guests can unwind on the open patio as the sun sets, and wander around the established garden, which boasts many birds and stunning views of the mountains overlooking the Marloth Nature Reserve and the Koringlands River Valley.
The perimeter is partially fenced and security features include private parking behind security gates.
