The main bedroom contains 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and the fifth bedroom has 2 single beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, two ovens, a microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a dining table with chairs and the living area is furnished with a lounge suite. The sliding doors lead to the balcony which has outdoor furniture. The verandah has another dining table on the wooden deck, as well as braai facilities. Secure parking is available behind a remote-controlled gate.
