Seabreeze 10 is a charming ground-floor apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Shaka's Rock and is a short walk from the beach.

This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, In addition, there’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. It extends to the 6-seater dining table and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a smart TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the sliding doors of the lounge, guests walk out to the patio with a well-maintained garden, patio furniture, and a Weber braai.

Guests can make use of the communal swimming pool which is fully fenced and secure for children. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises in 2 open parking bays in front of the garage (the garage is not for tenant use).

There is an inverter that powers everything except the big appliances and stove / oven.
