The residential unit has direct access to Langebaan's main beach, which is well known for kitesurfing, windsurfing, swimming, and paddle boarding.

This holiday home sleeps 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom is situated in the loft upstairs and has a double bed. Both the second and third bedrooms share the remaining bathroom which is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin. The bedrooms downstairs also have a smaller living area with 2 couches.
