Description
Serendipity Family Residence is a stylish self-catering home centrally located in a very quiet street in Die Boord Stellenbosch.
The house has solar panels, batteries and an inverter and is thus not affected by loadshedding.
The home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches in front of a TV with DStv and an indoor braai, as well as a fireplace for those cold winter evenings. Guests can enjoy a meal at the 8-seater dining table. Guests have access to an indoor braai, as well as a freestanding braai which is ideal for the summer days.
The living area leads out to a deck overlooking the beautiful garden. There is a jacuzzi for the winter months that can be used as a plunge pool for the summer. The Jacuzzi can be heated from Septermber to April. Guests have access to strong, fiber Wi-Fi and 3 safe parking spots are available on the driveway.
