Located in the idyllic coastal town of Ramsgate, Shad Shack is a charming self-catering house that is perfect for the whole family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil escape with private access to the beach.
This lovely house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The last bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Guests have access to a guest toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, fridge-freezer, fridge-freezer, ice machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 10 guests. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi for live streaming DStv and Netflix.
The living area opens up onto a covered verandah, which features a dining area perfect for an al fresco dining experience and a free-standing multi-functional gas braai, pizza stones, woks, and paella pans. Guests can enjoy a dip in the sparkling swimming pool which also features an easy-to-fit and remove pool cover. A picnic in the garden or simply socialise around the built-in braai and conversation pit. Secure lock-up garage parking for 1 vehicle with additional parking behind an electric gate. Pool table and dartboard available for entertainment.
The property has a borehole so there is always water and an inverter with solar panels.
