Description

Denneboom Vineyard and Wildlife Cottages is a beautifully restored self-catering cottage dating back to the 1800s, set on a sprawling 200-hectare working farm in the Voor-Paardeberg wine region. It offers an ideal escape for couples or small families seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The accommodation includes a selection of charming cottages, each able to accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. Every cottage is comfortably furnished with quality beds, and the bathrooms are fitted with either a bath, shower, or both, along with a toilet.

Each unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy living area, complete with a 6-seater dining table and comfortable sofas arranged around an indoor fireplace. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is also provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with outdoor seating, sun loungers, a fire pit, and a splash pool—all set against the backdrop of picturesque vineyard views. The farm is home to a variety of wildlife, including eland and their calves, which often graze near the cottages and occasionally visit the splash pool for a drink. During the day, springbok can be seen playing in the fields, while larger Game such as wildebeest, zebra, and the rare bontebok may also be spotted.
