Description
Soete Rus is a beautiful family home located in the scenic coastal town of Langebaan. This spacious and comfortable holiday home can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together.
The house features 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, each furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The other 6 bedrooms are downstairs, each furnished with a queen-size bed, and share 2 bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. All rooms on the top floor have sliding doors leading out to the balcony, while all ground-floor rooms have sliding doors leading outside. Three of the ground-floor rooms lead out to the swimming pool, which is covered with a safety net.
The top floor has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for all 16 guests and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living room has 2 L-shaped leather couches, a 2-seater couch, and a smart TV with Netflix. There are 2 braais, one on the balcony and one in the dining area.
An outdoor braai is located by the pool. The entertainment area on the ground floor includes a pool table and a dartboard. Wi-Fi is provided.
Soete Rus is conveniently located within easy reach of the town's many attractions, including stunning beaches and renowned water sports activities, making it an ideal base from which to explore the area.
