Spitvurk Boerdery is a working Guest farm situated on Kwaggashoek Farm located approximately 25 km from Swartruggens. This house is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends seeking a secluded getaway. The farm is off-the-grid and makes use of paraffin, batteries, solar lights, woodburning and gas stoves as well as solar and gas geysers.
This property can accommodate 6 persons and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a cot. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area, a playroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas/wood-burning stove, gas fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating and a coffee table.
