Strandmeer 34 is a double-storey self-catering home located in the Strandmeer Private Estate. The architecturally-themed homes of Strandmeer are nestled in a park-like setting with indigenous trees and plants lining the roads and pathways, providing a tranquil, natural, environment.
This double-storey house with wooden flooring offers comfortable cottage-style holiday accommodation. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a single bed suitable for a child. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a pitched roof and contains a queen-size bed, ideal for a child. The second bathroom interleads between bedrooms 2 and 3, and contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is a casual lounge area that opens to an uncovered deck with patio furniture, a hammock and a kettle braai. From upstairs guests can enjoy views of the Keurboomsrivier and surrounding mountains.
Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the kitchen and living area. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the fifth bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a 5-seater dining counter with stools. The dining area contains a round 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains seating and a flat-screen TV, and opens to a patio with a jacuzzi and a built-in braai.
Sufficient uncovered parking is available on the property for 2 to 3 vehicles. Residents have access to a communal swimming pool, flood-lit tennis court and a private boat launching site.
Access to Strandmeer Private Estate is via the Keurboomsrivier Road, located 6 km north of Plettenberg Bay along the N2 national highway.
