Sugarbush Self-catering Garden Cottage is a self-catering studio flatlet with its own private entrance in a quiet family neighbourhood in Pinelands.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The bedroom area contains an antique double bed with a duvet and spare blanket, and a small wardrobe and a dressing table. Also provided are an electric blanket and a hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom has a small sit-in bath and an overhead shower. The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery and crockery for 4 people. It has a vintage fridge, Smeg gas electric stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. For meals, there is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, otherwise you can enjoy your meals al fresco under the pergola. Coffee, tea, milk and rusks are supplied. The living room area has a 2-seater sofa and coffee table with TV viewing (DSTV Access) from either the sofa or the bed. There is a panel heater for those chilly evenings.

The glass French door leads onto private paved area with garden table and chairs, shaded by a pergola and a liquid amber tree. There is a small grassed area and garden bed as well as the long driveway which is securely fenced in for dogs’ safe use.

Guests will be provided with their own gate remote, keys and code to the alarm. Washing can be done on request.
