Description
Summer Place is a private family holiday home located in Plettenberg Bay with a lush garden surrounding the swimming pool with plenty of space to come together and enjoy soaking up the sunshine.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third and fourth bedroom also has a double bed and the third bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin. One of the bedrooms has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities; and opens directly onto the garden and swimming pool.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This area further extends into the open-plan living area that has a dining table with chairs, and a lounge suite with a flat-screen TV installed with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available and the house has an inverter to cover basic power usage for the TV, Wi-Fi, lights, and a gas stove during power outages.
The stack doors open onto the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. There’s also a Weber braai and secure parking is available on the premises.
