Perched on a dune crest in the tranquil neighborhood of Vermont, Sunset Villa offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a modern holiday villa with a contemporary charm, surrounded by a beautifully lush, landscaped garden. It is located just a 5-minute walk to Breakfast Bay Beach and the coastal paths.
The flow of the villa allows for relaxed, private entertainment outside and in, with large sliding doors enabling free movement from the outside braai area and swimming pool to the open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge.
Sunset Villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed with a walk-in cupboard that boasts ample cupboard space. It has an en-suite bathroom ideal for sunset relaxation amidst nature’s rest and calm, fitted with a large bath, shower, basin, and toilet. This room has a private balcony that overlooks the nature reserve with spectacular views of the mountain range. The second bedroom can be found downstairs and opens onto the pool area and beautiful garden. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are also downstairs and are each furnished with twin beds. They have access to a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, with ample cupboard space. Bedroom 4 has a private patio area with views of the garden. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests to make use of. The kitchen flows into the cozy dining room area and main lounge, which open onto the braai area overlooking the pool. The lounge has comfortable seating space and features a wood burner fireplace for cold winter nights.
Upstairs, is a private lounge with romantic views of the ocean, furnished with comfy couches, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime functionality. There’s a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge and a microwave and also features a guest toilet upstairs. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The balcony offers the most extraordinary sunsets, perfect for a sundowner while hearing the crashing of the waves from a distance.
