Description

Suntrap is central to the CBD on the 5 km shoreline promenade in Ballito and is a much sought-after up-market complex due to its perfect holiday location. It is located on the beachfront with no road crossings and is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach, swimming beaches and a short walk from the well-known very popular Granny’s Pool that is safe for children to swim.

Suntrap 6 is a ground-floor apartment with stairs leading to the unit. It can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers a sea-facing balcony. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. These rooms share the use of the guest’ bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, there’s a washing machine for guests’ convenience. It leads out to the dining table and further extends to the lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi.

The patio boasts sea views with a Weber braai and is perfect for alfresco dining. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee here, or enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the sunset over the waters.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises behind an automated gate. They have direct access to the beach and a communal fenced and gated swimming pool.
