Description
The Bay complex is situated in a secure complex central to the Ballito CBD and is on the 4 km promenade on the seashore between Granny’s Pool and the Tidal Pool by the main swimming beach.
Located on the first floor, The Bay 17 is accessible via a flight of stairs. This lovely apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers a sea facing balcony. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, as well as basic cutlery and crockery. Additionally, there is a dishwasher and washer-dryer combo for guests’ convenience. It extends to the 6-seater dining table and opens to the lounge, which is furnished with comfortable couches and a smart TV featuring a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. There is no safe.
The sliding doors of the lounge open up to the balcony with partial sea views. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee here, or enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the sun set over the waters.
The apartment comes with an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi and 1 lamp.
There is a heated swimming pool and a communal braai area with direct access onto the beach. Guests are afforded a single allocated open parking bay and unallocated limited guest parking behind an automated gate.
