Description

The Beach House is a self-catering holiday house perfectly situated in Umzumbe. It is located a mere 7-minute walk from the main beach of Umzumbe and is within close proximity to various shops, restaurants, golf courses, and the river barge cruise.

This house comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and 1 single bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living room and equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-
making facilities, and features a centrally located dining table with chairs. It leads out to the living room furnished with comfy couches and a TV. A DSTV Explora and high-speed LTE router are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own DSTV card and Wi-Fi SIM card.

The living room opens up to the spacious covered terrace which offers a 180-degree sea view with outdoor seating space, perfect for alfresco dining. The outside hot water shower is highly recommended after a day at the beach.

This property offers secure parking on the premises and comes with a full alarm system linked to a local armed response company. It has remote-controlled access and CCTV coverage of the entrance and exit points.
