Description
The Beachfront Unit 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation with an ocean view in a charming apartment situated within a beachfront security complex in Ramsgate.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed as well, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share the use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. A washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble-dryer are available in the area just off the kitchen. The living area offers a seating area and a TV, and opens onto a sea-facing balcony with an outdoor dining set. Selected DStv channels are available.
The apartment uses borehole water and solar power and is not affected by load shedding.
Guests are provided with parking in a lock-up garage and an extra parking space. The complex boasts a communal swimming pool, braai area, and garden with direct access to the beach. The property is secured by security fencing, CCTV cameras, and armed responses.
