Description

The Boat House is a delightful holiday cottage located in Zinkwazi, offering direct lagoon and beach access. The cottage can accommodate a family of up to 6 guests.

The property comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, suitable for 2 children, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. The second bathroom includes both a bath and a shower. Linen, towels, and beach towels are provided. Each room is equipped with rechargeable lights, ceiling fans, hangers, and built-in cupboards.

Upstairs, guests will find an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen that opens onto a spacious balcony. The kitchen is well-appointed with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery.

While the property doesn't support boat launches, guests have the option to moor their boats in front of the property during the day when the lagoon is sufficiently full. Access to the communal launch site is available through the Ski-boat club on the beach, and standard skippers' rules apply for the use of boats, water skis, or Jet Skis. The property doesn't include garages but provides secure open parking within the property walls. It is further secured by fencing, gates, and beams, all of which are serviced by armed response.
