Description
The Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished house situated in a security village in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. The estate is located within the Kruger Lowveld area and access to Kruger through both Orpen and Phalaborwa gate is possible. The nearest airport is Eastgate Airport where guests can fly to and a shuttle can pick them up.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms have use of a bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen has a separate scullery area and is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave. The air-conditioned lounge contains a flat-screen TV. The living area leads onto a patio with a built-in braai area and outdoor furniture.
The Village security complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities which guests are welcome to use. The Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is home to a variety of game species which roam around the estate.
The Cottage offers access to the Panorama Route with its multiple attractions. Other attractions in the vicinity include Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre, Kinyonga Reptile Centre, and Jessica the Hippo. Guests can enjoy day tours to the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route along with morning and afternoon safari's, all of which needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability.
