Description

The Croft offers a sophisticated solar stay in 4 self-catering cottages, nestled in flowery gardens in the village of Hilton. The uniquely designed cottages are eco-friendly and up-cycled cottages; guests can enjoy the sound of birdsong in the mornings and the frogs call at night. The property is set in lush vegetation and is home to 2 rescue donkeys, 10 free-range chickens and 2 Nigerian dwarf goats, along with 4 rescue dogs.

These cottages can accommodate 2 to 4 persons, and each cottage has a private braai area set in the beautiful gardens. There is a king-size bed in The Crofters Loft and both the Hayloft and The Shepherds Loft each have queen-size beds. The Farriers Cabin has a double bed and a child-only bunk bed. The Crofters Loft and Hayloft Cottages are each equipped with a fridge, a microwave and gas hob, and The Shepherds Loft and Farriers Cabin are semi self-catering with heat-and-eat appliances such as a fridge and a microwave.

Each cottage contains 1 bathroom fitted with a rain shower, a basin, and a toilet. Each cottage is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and an indoor fireplace.

The property boasts large gardens with beautiful trees, and is secure with electric fencing, alarms and outside beams. Guests also have access to secure parking.
