The Fat Mulberry Guest Farm offers luxurious self-catering accommodation in the tranquil farmlands of the Eastern Free State. We offer breathtaking views of the Maluti Mountains.
The Fat Mulberry Guest Farm is located just outside the town of Fouriesburg, close to the renowned Clarens and on the doorstep of Lesotho & Afri-Ski.
Accommodation is offered in 6 stylish, individually decorated luxury 4-star boutique-style apartments, ideal for business groups, couples on a romantic getaway, and get-togethers of families and friends. Each apartment features an indoor fireplace, electric blankets., Wi-Fi, DStv, braai facilities as well as fully equipped kitchens to ensure that guests have everything they need. Young children can be accommodated on a small bed or cots. Gatehouse is the ONLY pet friendly apartment.
On the property you can enjoy the farm animals, bird watching at the dam plus one of the many walks in the area. Enjoy feeding apples and carrots to the horses and donkey. The Fat Mulberry Guest Farm is the perfect escape back to nature to recharge your batteries. Horse riding is available in the area.
Secure undercover parking is provided. Laundry services are available on request. Our HOT TUB is very popular – at an additional cost. Please pre-book. Pre- made meals are available on request.
We have an outdoor chess set as well as a jungle gum and fully equipped popular kids’ kitchen unit.
