Description

The Forest Cabin in Bulwer, nestled at the base of Amahaqwa mountain, offers a tranquil and serene atmosphere. This cabin is known for its peaceful ambiance and boasts a stunning view of the mountain, all while being enveloped by a pristine native forest.

This cabin can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There’s a bed suitable for 2 children in the living room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dining table with chairs. The living room has comfy couches with a cosy fireplace.

The patio has seating space and is surrounded by nature, and guests can enjoy a lovely braai in front of the unit.

This area is known for a lot of outdoor activities which include hiking and mountain biking routes, as well as paragliding tandem flights. Sani Pass, which is known for its scenic beauty and challenging terrain, is relatively close. There are guided tours departing from Underberg, which is 30 km away. These tours likely take you through the Sani Pass, which crosses into Lesotho, so a passport is required for this excursion.
