The Lagoon Flat is situated on a beautiful, spacious lagoon-front property in Zinkwazi Beach, KwaZulu-Natal, capable of accommodating 5 guests.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 3 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. All bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. Wi-Fi access is available. There is a small balcony overlooking the lagoon with furniture and braai facilities.

The property is well-secured with fencing, gates, and security beams. While there are no garages, secure parking within the gates is provided. Laundry services can be arranged with the onsite staff, and a levy is charged. For power outages, rechargeable lights and a gas hob are supplied.

The property allows direct beach and lagoon access for guests as well as a communal swimming pool. Whilst one cannot launch a boat from the property, guests can use the formal lagoon launch site and moor in front of the property if the lagoon is full enough. Canoes can be launched from the property.
