This property is a tranquil retreat nestled within Theewaterskloof Country Estate on the scenic banks of Theewaterskloof Dam. This secure golf estate, located in Villiersdorp, provides an idyllic environment where guests can relax and unwind in the midst of stunning natural surroundings. This house can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 3 children and comprises 4 tastefully designed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a sliding door that leads to a swimming pool and a large entertaining area and boasts a view of the 9-hole golf course and pond. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and 1 single bed and share the use of a bathroom filled with a shower, and basin. In addition, this house also has 2 guest toilets. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The spacious living room features an 8-seater dining table and is furnished with comfortable couches. It has a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and a built-in fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
