The Tipsy Expat is a lovely self-catering apartment centrally located in the secure La Roche complex in Hoog-En-Droog, Paarl, ideal for a small family, leisure, or corporate travellers.

This first-floor unit can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom contains a single bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. The air-conditioned lounge has a comfortable sleeper couch and a smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
