Nestled on the southern slopes of the Magaliesberg, Thirsty Falls Nature Retreat - Protea is located 25 km from Magaliesburg village and 35 km before Rustenburg town. The cottage provides guests with comfortable self-catering accommodation immersed in natural surroundings.
The cottage consists of a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a spa bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a dining table, comfortable couches, and a fireplace.
The cottage opens onto a balcony with braai facilities and outdoor seating. Guests have access to a communal Eco water pool with natural water, not chlorinated, and a wetland of plants that keep the water clean and clear. From the shared lapa area, there are wonderful views and abundant bird watching can be done. Guests can walk on nature walks around the farm.
