Townhouse By The Beach is a charming house situated in a gated complex in Muizenberg, 5 minutes drive to Muizenberg Beach and the popular Surfer's Corner, great choices of restaurants and shopping centres. Offering guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation. The townhouse is an ideal option for a family or group of friends seeking holiday accommodation. Fantastic location - close to Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, Boulders Beach in Simons Town, St James coastal walk, Whale watching from Boyes Drive, self-drive to Cape Peninsula, and Table Mountain, to name a few destinations.

The house consists of large lounge room with sliding door which open onto a fully secured fenced and grassed sun filled backyard, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower fixed over the bath, toilet, and washbasin. The complex has a swimming pool, which hopefully will be up and running for summer as it is undergoing repairs.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a TV and comfortable seating opening onto a private garden.
