301 On Beach offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 2-bedroom, third-floor apartment situated within the Ocean Breeze Hotel on Beach Road in Strand.

This non sea-facing apartment can accommodate 4 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Bath towels are provided, but may not be used for swimming.

The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a small hotplate, kettle, and a coffee machine. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. The lounge has a TV and full bouquet DStv, Netflix and free Wi-Fi. Parking is on the street in front of hotel at reception.

Beach umbrellas are available and must be returned after use.

The beach is just across the road, where guests can enjoy long strolls, surfing, fishing and beautiful sunsets.

Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi, a laundry service, underground parking, breakfast, and conference facilities are available on request and charged separately via the hotel.
