Tuine Huis is a beautifully restored Victorian house on the slopes of Table Mountain in the beautiful Garden District of Cape Town, close to Kloof Street. The house is in a safe cul-de-sac and is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, activities, and attractions, such as Table Mountain, Company Gardens, the South African Museum, the observatory, De Waal Park, and the Mount Nelson Hotel.

The house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a child-only mattress, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower fixed over a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower fixed over a bath, toilet, and washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
