My stay was very constructive and friendly.

TwinnPalms Accommodation is a wonderful place and I actually admired the environment and especially the caretaker, she is very precise in cleaning the house and maintained a polite gesture with customers at all time. The current status of the facility is great, except that there is a need to keep the fireplace burning to keep thetemperature in the house at a considerate level. The temperature in Cape Town is very low and we weren't previously informed that keeping the fireplace burning with wood was our sole responsibility.

It was enjoyable, the caretaker is very swert and welcoming; and the place is super clean especially the linen they are using is very clean and well ironed.

You would have seen no smoking signs throughout the house, as this is a no smoking establishment. A Manageress that's crazy about cleanliness.
Also, 60% of our rooms has en-suites with Smart TV's, yet you chose the shared bathroom.

Great place, we had our privacy.

The pool was lovely and the braai andn entertainment area top notch. Felt safe and most of all their Covid procedures were up to standard. The rooms are big, linen fresh and the place was spotless. Most of all, the host was very accommodating and friendly and went the extra mile. I recommend this place for both old and especially young couples or groups.
