Villa 27 offers luxury self-catering accommodation and is located in the seaside town of Melkbosstrand, in Cape Town. The holiday home boasts picturesque ocean views from the deck, with direct access to the beach; on clear days, guests can admire Table Mountain and Robben Island in the distance.
This double-storey vacation home can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The main and second bedrooms are spacious, and each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower; these rooms open onto the sea-facing patio. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a hanging chair, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a double bed; each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The villa contains 2 lounge areas; one of which is an informal lounge with a large flat-screen TV, and the other lounge has a library area. The fully equipped kitchen contains appliances and utensils to prepare and cook meals, as well as a scullery area with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer.
The main open-plan living area offers a dining table with plush seating and sofas to relax on. This main living area contains sliding doors that open onto a deck, which offers a table with benches and a splash pool overlooking the fynbos and beach. Secure parking is available on-site.
