Villa Flamenco 16 is a beachfront apartment on the top floor that’s situated only 15 m from the beach and has a tidal pool. The King Shaka International Airport is also a 10-minute drive from this property via the N2.

This unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. The air-conditioned main bedroom has a double bed and a tri-bunk bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms share use of the bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin.

The air-conditioned open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This area further extends into the living room which has a dining table with chairs and a couch. There’s also a flat-screen TV.

The sliding doors open onto the balcony with outdoor furniture where guests can enjoy the lovely ocean views. The property has a lock-up garage and a small lock-up safe is also provided inside the unit.
