House Rules
Villa Royale is a residential complex with a 100% no noise policy
Please note that there is an extremely steep walk down to the beach from the pool area in the complex, as Villa Royale is built on a cliff. There is an alternative path to the beach via the parking bay, on the south side of the complex.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000
Linen fee of R400, only applicable for 2 night stays.
Parking not suitable for large vehicles.
No towels provided. Toilet paper, some dish-washing liquid, hand soap and rubbish bags are only provided on arrival.
We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's
Cleaning: 1 Hour Cleaning Service - Monday to Saturday – excluding Public Holidays, includes making up of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, braais & sweeping and mopping of all floors. (This does not include dishes).
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honored we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport of all adults
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
4. Vehicle Registration number/s
