Description
Villa Seabreeze is a charming self-catering house ideal for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. Situated in Pennington, it offers stunning views of the ocean, providing guests with the opportunity to witness whales playfully swimming in the waters.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and makes use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and a separate toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and interleads to the fourth room furnished with 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the use of an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, there’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen opens up to the open-plan lounge and dining area. The dining area features an 8-seater table with chairs, and the lounge is furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. There’s also a work desk available to guests who wish to get some work done.
The house features a lovely balcony with braai facilities, and outdoor seating space, perfect for alfresco dining. Guests can also enjoy the sea views from a distance. For entertainment purposes, this house boasts an entertainment room with a bar area, and guests have access to a lovely jacuzzi.
Pennington has numerous restaurants and the villa is very close to the Selborne Golf estate. Guests are afforded secure parking in double garages.
