Vrymans Place is a newly built self-catering house with a breathtaking view of Kogelberg from the front porch. The house is located in a quiet area in Betties Bay and offers comfortable accommodation ideally suited for a family or group of friends. This property is within close proximity of the beach.
This house can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms with doors leading to the rear garden, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The main bedroom is stylishly furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of the guest’s bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. The kitchen expands to a 6-seater dining table and further expands to the lounge area. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house, and the house comes equipped with a UPS.
The patio features a built-in braai that can withstand Betties Bay's notorious winds. Guests have access to safe and secure parking on the premises and the house comes with an alarm system.

It's known for its beautiful beaches, nature reserves, and outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and birdwatching. The town is also home to a colony of African penguins, which can be viewed at the Stony Point Nature Reserve.
