Waikiki D3 presents a lovely ground-floor apartment located on Dolphin Crescent, offering a family-friendly retreat. Situated within easy reach of Thompsons Bay in Shaka's Rock and a short walk to Willard Main Beach in Ballito, it provides easy access to a nearby Checkers Food Store for added convenience. The North Coast offers a plethora of dining options and coffee spots along the coast, all within a few minutes drive from the complex.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Each room includes either a ceiling fan or air conditioning.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a dining table that can seat 8 guests, comfortable lounging, and a TV with DStv Now and Netflix. This area extends to an enclosed braai area with a built-in braai and comfortable seating opening onto a balcony with outdoor seating.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to guests during their stay. Additionally, guests have access to the communal swimming pool within the complex. A 1KVA inverter is available to provide backup power for the TV and 1 light during power outages.
