The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 double beds, while the fourth bedroom features a king-size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, a breakfast island with stools, and a 12-seater dining table. A separate scullery includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and double-door fridge. The main lounge is furnished with a comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Upstairs, there is a cosy TV room with DStv channels, plenty of books to read, and an indoor braai.
